RETURNS

All of our products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before they are shipped. 

We want you to love your KuenchGevity purchase, so if you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), we offer a 30-day money back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items that have been significantly used will not be returned. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund after 30 days of the original purchase date. Only a replacement of your product or merchandise credit can be offered.

Damages and Missing Packages 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@kuenchgevity.com if the item is defective or damaged. Please save the box and merchandise.

Also, If you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue(s) and make it right.

If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage. If applicable, please check your mailroom or front desk reception. You could also check with other members of your household and neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf.

If the package is still not found, we will start a trace with the carrier, and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
